The orders are different: some are two drinks, one includes tacos, and one includes a burger. This is a choice of nights out, not a ranking of identical baskets or a claim about the cheapest rooftop in the city.
We multiply each menu subtotal by 1.30 as a simple 30% planning cushion for tax and a tip. This is an estimate, not a tax calculation or a guaranteed final bill. Entry charges, mandatory service charges and reservation minimums may change the total. Read the booking terms and the bill before adding a tip.
230 Fifth currently lists a $15 Friday cover and a $20 Saturday cover, starting at 8pm, plus a separate $30 skip-the-line option. Those are admission prices, not cocktail prices. Reserved seasonal igloos have their own deposits and minimum spends. Check the linked venue guide before comparing an igloo booking with an ordinary bar visit.
Keep the menu subtotal around $57 or less if you want a 30% cushion within $75. At Westlight, one $24 Travel Buddy cocktail and a $25 burger fit that example. Two of those cocktails and the burger reach $73 before extras, or about $95 with the cushion.
