Why choose Magic Hour?

Its mix of indoor and outdoor space works for several kinds of plans: weekend brunch, an after-work drink, or a bigger night with friends. The early weekday bar offer is especially useful for a less expensive first round.

Know before you book

Later nights lean lively. A brunch visit, an early bar stop, and a late-night table can feel very different, so choose the occasion before choosing the reservation.

Getting in

Walk-ins are welcome; reservations are recommended for seated service. Guests must be 21 or older except during the all-ages weekend brunch, and a physical ID is required.

What it costs

Monday–Friday, 5–6:30pm at the bar: $6 Estrella beer, $8 house wine, and $10 spritzes. These are happy-hour prices, not all-night prices.

When the weather changes

The venue has an indoor lounge and an outdoor deck and operates year-round.

Make a night of it

For a pre-show drink, check the distance to your actual theater. Magic Hour is at Seventh Avenue and 36th Street, south of the main Broadway theater cluster.
