Know before you book
Later nights lean lively. A brunch visit, an early bar stop, and a late-night table can feel very different, so choose the occasion before choosing the reservation.
Getting in
Walk-ins can visit the bar; table service depends on availability. Reservations are recommended for a seated visit, with a 15-minute grace period. Bring physical government-issued ID. The usual policy is 21+, with an all-ages weekend-brunch exception; confirm the cutoff for children directly.
What it costs
Monday–Friday, 5–6:30pm at the bar: $6 Estrella beer, $8 house wine, and $10 spritzes. These are happy-hour prices, not all-night prices.

For a pre-show drink, check the distance to your actual theater. Magic Hour is at Seventh Avenue and 36th Street, south of the main Broadway theater cluster.
How to reserve Magic Hour
Use the venue’s own reservation link for seated service. Its FAQ lists 90-minute table bookings, a credit-card hold, and no standard reservation fee or minimum. Groups of 15 or more use the custom inquiry process. Special events and bottle service have separate terms.
Cancellation and arrival
The published FAQ asks you to cancel by noon on the day of the reservation and lists a $30 no-show fee. Read your booking confirmation for the applicable fee and cancellation conditions. Leave time for rooftop check-in: the published grace period is 15 minutes.
Happy hour or brunch?
Happy hour is a weekday bar offer; it is not an all-night or table-service price. Weekend brunch is a seated daytime visit. The dining page advertises brunch until 3:30pm, but the FAQ ends the under-21 exception at 3pm. If children are joining, choose an earlier time and confirm the age cutoff before booking.
Dress for the occasion
The published dress code is casual, with athletic wear excluded. For visitors using identification issued outside the United States, the FAQ asks for a valid passport alongside that ID. Check ticketed-night requirements separately.
