If Bryant Park is your starting point, Elsie at 1412 Broadway is the most direct fit among these four addresses. It combines indoor and outdoor seating on the 25th floor. The regular menu lists $23 signature cocktails. Happy hour is Tuesday–Sunday, 5–7pm, with the current offer confirmed by the venue. It is closed Mondays.
