Leonessa and Overstory both belong in a Lower Manhattan plan, but the locations, prices, and experiences are distinct.

Book Leonessa for a river-adjacent aperitivo plan or Overstory for a cocktail occasion high above the streets. Check walking directions from your final daytime stop; a shared “downtown” label does not mean the entrances are next to each other.
At Leonessa, use the marked elevators in the Conrad lobby for the 16th floor. At Overstory, enter 70 Pine Street and follow the venue’s instructions for the 63rd floor and stairs. Save those details before you go.
